Custom Menus
You have probably noticed that WordPress has started randomly populating links in your menus. This often looks terrible, and is not in the order you would like. A custom menu provides you with complete control of what appears in your menus, and in what order.
Never Use Categories in Menu
The first thing we are going to do is remove the option for us to put direct links to categories in our menu. These links pull up a blog looking page, but it is a better idea to make an actual page for this type of content. Use this video to remove this temptation.
